We usually roast our coffees Medium or Dark. Please send us an email to sales@donevelio.com in case you want a more specific roast.
Once you decide which option is most convenient for you, email to sales@donevelio.com or sales@tarrazucafe.com and we will be glad to take your purchase order. We can also tailor our pricing to your reseller, wholesale
and private labeling business model.

1. Turn-around
time
Our
turn-around time covers from getting the payment (money
in our bank account ), processing the order (or
activate the production),
going through the export formalities, to transporting
the shipment to your destination air/sea ports.
For the coffee bags, due to the different order quantity,
and by the different ways of transportation to the different cities
or countries, the turn-around time is different.
Usually, the turn-around time ( delivery time)
is equal to production time plus shipping time.

Resold - wholesale - private labeling accounts can be activated

of our site to better market the coffees.
Anonymity
DON EVELIO ESTATE COFFEE FARM remains completely anonymous to each
account you setup. We bill you directly for each gourmet coffee
shipment and you can bill your clients whatever you want. If you
prefer though, you can use our good name to improve sales.
Service Guidelines
Our policies still apply to resold coffee bags. It is your responsibility
to make sure all policies are followed. Any resold gourmet coffee
account can be terminated for violation of these policies.
